Największe sieci spożywcze takie jak E.Leclerc, Piotr i Paweł, czy Tesco mają już swoje e-sklepy. Obok nich egzystuje wiele stricte wirtualnych spożywczaków, które nie mają żadnej stacjonarnej placówki, a cała sprzedaż odbywa się przez stronę internetową. W ten sposób działa chociażby dobrze znany mieszkańcom Warszawy sklep Frisco.pl, czy też działające w innych miastach sklepy A.pl oraz Foodini.pl. Według danych zebranych przez serwis Sklepy24.pl w polskim internecie działa 319 e-sklepów z artykułami spożywczymi, a od początku tego roku na rynku pojawiło się 36 nowych placówek. Biorąc pod uwagę rosnące zainteresowanie robieniem zakupów w internecie można śmiało przypuszczać, że w ciągu kilku najbliższych lat ich liczba będzie dalej rosła.

Badania przeprowadzone przez ARC Rynek i Opinia mówią, że zakupy w wirtualnym spożywczaku przynajmniej raz w życiu zrobiło 80 proc. internautów. Nie oznacza to jednak, że są to stali bywalcy e-sklepów, bowiem regularne zakupy artykułów FMCG (artykuły pierwszej potrzeby) robi co piąty ankietowany internauta. Perspektywy są jednak obiecujące, bowiem na spożywcze zakupy w internecie wydamy w tym roku 450 mln zł – takie szacunki podaje Euromonitor International.

Rosnącej sprzedaży internetowej sprzyja również zmieniający się styl życia Polaków. Spożywcze zakupy przez internet zajmą nam zdecydowanie mniej czasu niż wycieczka po hipermarkecie w poszukiwaniu ulubionego dżemu. Zakupy możemy robić o dowolnej porze dnia i nocy, bez względu na to czy jest to piątek, czy Boże Narodzenie, chociaż oczywiście jest też druga strona medalu, bo na dostawę trzeba jednak trochę poczekać. Jednak kiedy już odczekamy swoje, wówczas ciężkie siatki z zakupami trafią prosto pod nasze drzwi o wcześniej umówionej godzinie. Oczywiście są też minusy. Wirtualne sklepy często oferują węższy asortyment, niż dostępny jest w tradycyjnych sklepach. Poza tym wyboru dokonujemy na podstawie zdjęć i opisów, które np. w przypadku mięsa czy wędliny mogą znacznie odbiegać od rzeczywistości.

Nie spodziewajmy się jednak, że za kilka lat będzie to jedyny sposób robienia zakupów, chociaż jego rola niewątpliwie rośnie. Na razie e-sklep warto traktować jako dodatkowy kanał dystrybucji, który w przyszłości może pomóc naszej firmie silniej zaznaczyć swoją pozycję na rynku.

Badania firmy ARC Rynek i Opinie pokazują, że zakupy w e-sklepie przynajmniej raz w życiu zrobiło 80 proc. internautów. To dobry biznes, do zgarnięcia są miliony.

Największe sieci spożywcze takie jak E.Leclerc, Piotr i Paweł, czy Tesco mają już swoje e-sklepy. Obok nich egzystuje wiele stricte wirtualnych spożywczaków, które nie mają żadnej stacjonarnej placówki, a cała sprzedaż odbywa się przez stronę internetową. W ten sposób działa chociażby dobrze znany mieszkańcom Warszawy sklep Frisco.pl, czy też działające w innych miastach sklepy A.pl oraz Foodini.pl. Według danych zebranych przez serwis Sklepy24.pl w polskim internecie działa 319 e-sklepów z artykułami spożywczymi, a od początku tego roku na rynku pojawiło się 36 nowych placówek. Biorąc pod uwagę rosnące zainteresowanie robieniem zakupów w internecie można śmiało przypuszczać, że w ciągu kilku najbliższych lat ich liczba będzie dalej rosła.

Badania przeprowadzone przez ARC Rynek i Opinia mówią, że zakupy w wirtualnym spożywczaku przynajmniej raz w życiu zrobiło 80 proc. internautów. Nie oznacza to jednak, że są to stali bywalcy e-sklepów, bowiem regularne zakupy artykułów FMCG (artykuły pierwszej potrzeby) robi co piąty ankietowany internauta. Perspektywy są jednak obiecujące, bowiem na spożywcze zakupy w internecie wydamy w tym roku 450 mln zł – takie szacunki podaje Euromonitor International.

Rosnącej sprzedaży internetowej sprzyja również zmieniający się styl życia Polaków. Spożywcze zakupy przez internet zajmą nam zdecydowanie mniej czasu niż wycieczka po hipermarkecie w poszukiwaniu ulubionego dżemu. Zakupy możemy robić o dowolnej porze dnia i nocy, bez względu na to czy jest to piątek, czy Boże Narodzenie, chociaż oczywiście jest też druga strona medalu, bo na dostawę trzeba jednak trochę poczekać. Jednak kiedy już odczekamy swoje, wówczas ciężkie siatki z zakupami trafią prosto pod nasze drzwi o wcześniej umówionej godzinie. Oczywiście są też minusy. Wirtualne sklepy często oferują węższy asortyment, niż dostępny jest w tradycyjnych sklepach. Poza tym wyboru dokonujemy na podstawie zdjęć i opisów, które np. w przypadku mięsa czy wędliny mogą znacznie odbiegać od rzeczywistości.

Nie spodziewajmy się jednak, że za kilka lat będzie to jedyny sposób robienia zakupów, chociaż jego rola niewątpliwie rośnie. Na razie e-sklep warto traktować jako dodatkowy kanał dystrybucji, który w przyszłości może pomóc naszej firmie silniej zaznaczyć swoją pozycję na rynku.
