Pod logo Ecomyjni działa obecnie około 120 jednostek franczyzowych, nie tylko w Polsce, ale też za granicą. Większość nowootwieranych ma formę myjni mobilnych. Teraz jednak franczyzodawca przygotował propozycję atrakcyjnych lokalizacji dla punktów stacjonarnych.
– Podpisaliśmy umowę z siecią marketów Kaufland – informuje Marek Karafioł, właściciel Ecomyjni. – Dzięki temu mamy naszym franczyzobiorcom do zaproponowania lokalizacje na terenie całego kraju, na parkingach przy marketach. My występujemy w tej sytuacji jako podnajemca.
W tych właśnie lokalizacjach będą powstawać dwustanowiskowe myjnie, usytuowane pod specjalnymi namiotami. Kaufland zapewnia pełen dostęp do niezbędnych mediów, natomiast franczyzodawca przygotowuje gotową myjnię „pod klucz”, z kompletnym wyposażeniem we wszystkie potrzebne urządzenia, jak maszyny parowe czy odkurzacze. Średnia wielkość takiej myjni to 40-50 m2. Koszt inwestycji wynosi 49 tys. zł netto. Miesięcznie franczyzobiorca będzie płacił 200 zł opłaty na rzecz franczyzodawcy. Natomiast czynsz za najem powierzchni wyniesie średnio 2 tys. zł.
– To bardzo dobra opcja dla inwestorów – przekonuje Marek Karafioł. – Kaufland to sieć premium w swoim segmencie. Wyróżnia się dużą liczbą klientów, którzy mogą stać się także klientami Ecomyjni. Markety dysponują dużymi, wygodnymi parkingami, które gwarantują dobre warunki dla naszego konceptu.
Franczyzodawca oczywiście nie zamyka się też na otwieranie punktów w innych lokalizacjach oraz na rozwój myjni mobilnych. W tym ostatnim przypadku na start potrzebne jest wyposażenie, którego koszt zamyka się w granicach 25-45 tys. zł. Franczyzobiorca potrzebuje też samochodu dostawczego. Franczyzodawca oferuje pomoc w zakupie zarówno auta, jaki i sprzętu, w uzyskaniu kredytów i dotacji (można je dostać dzięki ekologicznemu charakterowi inwestycji).
Stosowane w sieci Ecomyjnia urządzenia parowe można wykorzystać nie tylko do czyszczenia aut, ale też do sprzątania domów, mieszkań, biur, usuwania graffiti, dezynfekcji powierzchni przemysłowych.
Absolwentka Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego. Z dziennikarstwem związana jest od 2000 roku. Przez wiele lat pracowała w gazetach codziennych, zajmując się m.in. problematyką prawną i samorzadową. W tych właśnie lokalizacjach będą powstawać dwustanowiskowe myjnie, usytuowane pod specjalnymi namiotami. Kaufland zapewnia pełen dostęp do niezbędnych mediów, natomiast franczyzodawca przygotowuje gotową myjnię „pod klucz”, z kompletnym wyposażeniem we wszystkie potrzebne urządzenia, jak maszyny parowe czy odkurzacze. Średnia wielkość takiej myjni to 40-50 m2. Koszt inwestycji wynosi 49 tys. zł netto. Miesięcznie franczyzobiorca będzie płacił 200 zł opłaty na rzecz franczyzodawcy. Natomiast czynsz za najem powierzchni wyniesie średnio 2 tys. zł.

Franczyzodawca oczywiście nie zamyka się też na otwieranie punktów w innych lokalizacjach oraz na rozwój myjni mobilnych. W tym ostatnim przypadku na start potrzebne jest wyposażenie, którego koszt zamyka się w granicach 25-45 tys. zł. Franczyzobiorca potrzebuje też samochodu dostawczego. Franczyzodawca oferuje pomoc w zakupie zarówno auta, jaki i sprzętu, w uzyskaniu kredytów i dotacji (można je dostać dzięki ekologicznemu charakterowi inwestycji).
Stosowane w sieci Ecomyjnia urządzenia parowe można wykorzystać nie tylko do czyszczenia aut, ale też do sprzątania domów, mieszkań, biur, usuwania graffiti, dezynfekcji powierzchni przemysłowych.
