Dobra Pralnia istnieje od trzech lat, ale współpracę z franczyzobiorcami zaczęła w tym roku. 20 listopada otwarto pierwszą franczyzową placówkę w nowo powstałej Galerii Galena w Jaworznie.
– To miejsce generuje duży przepływ ludzi, co zmniejsza ryzyko niepowodzenia inwestycji. Poza tym aglomeracja śląska to region z dużym potencjałem – mówi Paweł Dąbrowski, menedżer projektu rozbudowy sieci franczyzowej Dobrej Pralni.
Nauka krok po kroku
Franczyzobiorca, który do tej pory nie pracował w tej branży, przeszedł szkolenia w centrali firmy. Wzięli w nich udział także zatrudnieni przez niego pracownicy. Uczyli się m.in. obsługi maszyn, materiałoznawstwa, sposobów detaszowania (czyli odplamiania), obróbki odzieży (np. prasowania). Takie szkolenie trwa około tygodnia. Poza tym franczyzodawca zapewnia też m.in. projekt technologiczny lokalu, dobór i dostawę urządzeń, wyłączność terytorialną, wspólne akcje promocyjne i rabatowe.
– Towarzyszymy franczyzobiorcy podczas przygotowań placówki, przy otwarciu, nasz pracownik zostaje też na miejscu przez kilka pierwszych dni działania nowej pralni – zapewnia Paweł Dąbrowski.
Licencjodawca pomaga również przy wyborze lokalizacji.
– Galerie handlowe dają oczywiście duże możliwości, jeśli chodzi o liczbę klientów. Jeśli jednak ktoś ma pomysł na inną, dobrze rokującą lokalizację, w ruchliwym miejscu, z dostępem do parkingu, to także weźmiemy ją pod uwagę – zapowiada Paweł Dąbrowski.
Dobra Pralnia obsługuje zarówno klientów indywidualnych, jak i firmowych (np. domy weselne, hotele, firmy korzystające z odzieży roboczej), natomiast jej pierwsza franczyzowa placówka nastawia się wyłącznie na ten pierwszy rodzaj klienteli.
Opłata licencyjna za przystąpienie do sieci to 20 tys. zł. Minimalny koszt inwestycji w placówkę Dobrej Pralni to 300 tys. zł. Jedną trzecią tej kwoty trzeba przeznaczyć na przystosowanie lokalu, reszta to wydatki na urządzenia. Miesięcznie franczyzodawca pobiera opłatę w wysokości 3 proc. od obrotu, z zastrzeżeniem, że jest to minimum 500 zł.
Absolwentka Uniwersytetu Jagiellońskiego. Z dziennikarstwem związana jest od 2000 roku. Przez wiele lat pracowała w gazetach codziennych, zajmując się m.in. problematyką prawną i samorzadową. Jej publikacje można też znaleźć m.in. w Angorze i prasie turystycznej. Teraz – na portalu Franchising.pl i w miesięczniku "Franchising" – przybliża czytelnikom rynek franczyzy oraz próbuje inspirować młodych przedsiębiorców, szukających pomysłu na własną firmę.

Dobra Pralnia istnieje od trzech lat, ale współpracę z franczyzobiorcami zaczęła w tym roku. 20 listopada otwarto pierwszą franczyzową placówkę w nowo powstałej Galerii Galena w Jaworznie.

Franczyzobiorca, który do tej pory nie pracował w tej branży, przeszedł szkolenia w centrali firmy. Wzięli w nich udział także zatrudnieni przez niego pracownicy. Uczyli się m.in. obsługi maszyn, materiałoznawstwa, sposobów detaszowania (czyli odplamiania), obróbki odzieży (np. prasowania). Takie szkolenie trwa około tygodnia. Poza tym franczyzodawca zapewnia też m.in. projekt technologiczny lokalu, dobór i dostawę urządzeń, wyłączność terytorialną, wspólne akcje promocyjne i rabatowe.
– Towarzyszymy franczyzobiorcy podczas przygotowań placówki, przy otwarciu, nasz pracownik zostaje też na miejscu przez kilka pierwszych dni działania nowej pralni – zapewnia Paweł Dąbrowski.
Licencjodawca pomaga również przy wyborze lokalizacji.
– Galerie handlowe dają oczywiście duże możliwości, jeśli chodzi o liczbę klientów. Jeśli jednak ktoś ma pomysł na inną, dobrze rokującą lokalizację, w ruchliwym miejscu, z dostępem do parkingu, to także weźmiemy ją pod uwagę – zapowiada Paweł Dąbrowski.
Dobra Pralnia obsługuje zarówno klientów indywidualnych, jak i firmowych (np. domy weselne, hotele, firmy korzystające z odzieży roboczej), natomiast jej pierwsza franczyzowa placówka nastawia się wyłącznie na ten pierwszy rodzaj klienteli.
Opłata licencyjna za przystąpienie do sieci to 20 tys. zł. Minimalny koszt inwestycji w placówkę Dobrej Pralni to 300 tys. zł. Jedną trzecią tej kwoty trzeba przeznaczyć na przystosowanie lokalu, reszta to wydatki na urządzenia. Miesięcznie franczyzodawca pobiera opłatę w wysokości 3 proc. od obrotu, z zastrzeżeniem, że jest to minimum 500 zł.
