W Polsce działa 14 tys. sklepów internetowych. Prawdopodobnie będzie ich z roku na rok przybywać, bo np. w Niemczech i Francji jest ich ponad 100 tys. Duża popularność e-sklepów to dobra wiadomość dla takich firm jak DPD, DHL i UPS, bo 25 proc. klientów firm kurierskich to właściciele sklepów internetowych. Co prawda w wyścigu o klienta stanęła także Poczta Polska świadcząca usługi w ramach Pocztexu oraz InPost posiadający w Polsce ok. 1,2 tys. paczkomatów. Do niedawna listę konkurentów uzupełniała Siódemka, ale wszystko zmieniło się w zeszłym roku, kiedy DPD przejęło firmę.
Obecnie sieć DPD Strefa Paczki liczy 550 punktów na terenie całej Polski. Miesięcznie powstaje średnio 50 kolejnych w miastach liczących minimum kilkanaście tys. mieszkańców. Placówki z powodzeniem działają w mniejszych miejscowościach jak Koluszki (14 tys. mieszkańców) i Bytów (17 tys.), a w samej Warszawie jest ich ponad 40. W innych dużych miastach może działać nawet 20-30 partnerów.
– Główne założenie tego przedsięwzięcia polega na umiejscowieniu punktu blisko klienta indywidualnego, tam gdzie mieszka i pracuje, najlepiej na dużych osiedlach lub w ich okolicy oraz przy drogach wjazdowych do miasta. Ich gęstość i lokalizacja jest określana za każdym razem indywidualnie. Wszystko zależy od liczby punktów w miejscowości, nasycenia danego obszaru paczkami i potencjału lokalu – mówi Marcin Michalak, dyrektor operacyjny DPD Strefa Paczki.
Zasady współpracy z DPD są elastyczne, dzięki czemu punkt odbioru i nadawania przesyłek można połączyć z dotychczas prowadzoną działalnością. Najlepiej sprawdzają się działalności usługowe i sklepy przemysłowe, gdzie klient nie musi czekać w kolejce.
– Do momentu nawiązania współpracy mój punkt oferował elektroniczne papierosy i akcesoria do nich – wspomina Wojciech Sobaszkiewicz, partner DPD. – Szukałem możliwości rozszerzenia swojej działalności. Po zapoznaniu się z ofertą DPD Strefa Paczki doszedłem do wniosku, że usługi kurierskie oferowane w moim punkcie dają mi takie możliwości. Dodatkowe przychody są dla mnie uzupełnieniem biznesu. Strefa Paczki nie koliduje z dotychczasowym profilem działalności, dlatego chętnie podjąłem współpracę. Mój punkt DPD Strefa Paczki jest jedyną placówka w okolicy, która oferuje usługi kurierskie. Przed moim sklepem wisi baner reklamowy, a w środku punktu reklamy DPD. Musiałem także zainwestować w zakup wagi.

W Polsce działa 14 tys. sklepów internetowych. Prawdopodobnie będzie ich z roku na rok przybywać, bo np. w Niemczech i Francji jest ich ponad 100 tys. Duża popularność e-sklepów to dobra wiadomość dla takich firm jak DPD, DHL i UPS, bo 25 proc. klientów firm kurierskich to właściciele sklepów internetowych. Co prawda w wyścigu o klienta stanęła także Poczta Polska świadcząca usługi w ramach Pocztexu oraz InPost posiadający w Polsce ok. 1,2 tys. paczkomatów. Do niedawna listę konkurentów uzupełniała Siódemka, ale wszystko zmieniło się w zeszłym roku, kiedy DPD przejęło firmę.
Obecnie sieć DPD Strefa Paczki liczy 550 punktów na terenie całej Polski. Miesięcznie powstaje średnio 50 kolejnych w miastach liczących minimum kilkanaście tys. mieszkańców. Placówki z powodzeniem działają w mniejszych miejscowościach jak Koluszki (14 tys. mieszkańców) i Bytów (17 tys.), a w samej Warszawie jest ich ponad 40. W innych dużych miastach może działać nawet 20-30 partnerów.
– Główne założenie tego przedsięwzięcia polega na umiejscowieniu punktu blisko klienta indywidualnego, tam gdzie mieszka i pracuje, najlepiej na dużych osiedlach lub w ich okolicy oraz przy drogach wjazdowych do miasta. Ich gęstość i lokalizacja jest określana za każdym razem indywidualnie. Wszystko zależy od liczby punktów w miejscowości, nasycenia danego obszaru paczkami i potencjału lokalu – mówi Marcin Michalak, dyrektor operacyjny DPD Strefa Paczki.
Zasady współpracy z DPD są elastyczne, dzięki czemu punkt odbioru i nadawania przesyłek można połączyć z dotychczas prowadzoną działalnością. Najlepiej sprawdzają się działalności usługowe i sklepy przemysłowe, gdzie klient nie musi czekać w kolejce.
– Do momentu nawiązania współpracy mój punkt oferował elektroniczne papierosy i akcesoria do nich – wspomina Wojciech Sobaszkiewicz, partner DPD. – Szukałem możliwości rozszerzenia swojej działalności. Po zapoznaniu się z ofertą DPD Strefa Paczki doszedłem do wniosku, że usługi kurierskie oferowane w moim punkcie dają mi takie możliwości. Dodatkowe przychody są dla mnie uzupełnieniem biznesu. Strefa Paczki nie koliduje z dotychczasowym profilem działalności, dlatego chętnie podjąłem współpracę. Mój punkt DPD Strefa Paczki jest jedyną placówka w okolicy, która oferuje usługi kurierskie. Przed moim sklepem wisi baner reklamowy, a w środku punktu reklamy DPD. Musiałem także zainwestować w zakup wagi.
