Ceny tych ostatnich, szczególnie położonych w pobliżu miast, będą w najbliższym czasie szły w górę. Jednak ogólna kondycja sektora jest wciąż dużo gorsza niż przed rokiem – mówi Wierny. - Największym problemem pozostaje kredytowanie. Podaż pozostaje na wysokim poziomie, znacznie gorzej jest z popytem. Na dużą skalę kupują zasadniczo już tylko ci, którzy posiadają środki własne.

Nowe oddziały powstały mimo trudnej sytuacji w branży deweloperskiej i na rynku nieruchomości, jak również pomimo zastoju wynikającego z sezonu urlopowego.
- Wakacje to martwy sezon – mówi Stanisław Wierny, dyrektor oddziału KNC w Nowym Sączu. - Intensywny rozwój sieci będziemy kontynuować we wrześniu.
Plany KNC zakładają otwarcie 40 nowych placówek do końca roku.
- Zdajemy sobie sprawę z trudności, które stoją przed nami, ale stawiamy sobie wysoko poprzeczkę – zaznacza Stanisław Wierny. Jego zdaniem istnieją szanse, że wyniki sektora budowlanego będą się stopniowo poprawiać.
- Obserwujemy poprawę na rynku deweloperskim. Dobra sytuacja jest na rynku wtórnym. Ostatnio znacznie wzrosła ilość transakcji w obrocie gruntami, zwłaszcza jeśli chodzi o działki budowlane oraz rolne z możliwością przekształcenia na budowlane. Ceny tych ostatnich, szczególnie położonych w pobliżu miast, będą w najbliższym czasie szły w górę. Jednak ogólna kondycja sektora jest wciąż dużo gorsza niż przed rokiem – mówi Wierny. - Największym problemem pozostaje kredytowanie. Podaż pozostaje na wysokim poziomie, znacznie gorzej jest z popytem. Na dużą skalę kupują zasadniczo już tylko ci, którzy posiadają środki własne.
Firma działa na rynku od 1997 roku. Obecnie za pośrednictwem KNC można wybierać z ponad 4,5 tys. ofert nieruchomości. Sieć KNC liczy cztery jednostki franczyzowe oraz trzy placówki własne.
