Kolejne placówki franczyzowe powstaną w najbliższym czasie w kilku dużych miastach Polski - we Wrocławiu, Poznaniu, Krakowie, Bydgoszczy i Kołobrzegu, natomiast licencyjne w Poznaniu, we Wrocławiu i w Szczecinie. Franczyzobiorca Arde Haus zajmuje się głównie sprzedażą i budową sieci sprzedawców, partner licencyjny - realizacją inwestycji. To dla niego w regionie działają franczyzobiorcy, którzy dostarczają mu klientów zainteresowanych budową domu.

- Do końca 2009 roku w głównych miastach Polski planujemy po kilku franczyzobiorców i partnerów licencyjnych na każde miasto - mówi Richard Kulikowski, prezes zarządu Arde Haus. - Będą to głównie Poznań, Kraków, Wrocław, Katowice, Szczecin, a także Gorzów, Warszawa, Gdańsk Toruń, Bydgoszcz i Białystok. Jednak zarówno franczyzobiorców jak i partnerów licencyjnych poszukujemy w całej Polsce.

Przyszły franczyzobiorca musi dysponować kapitałem w wys. 10 tys. zł na uruchomienie biznesu pod szyldem Arde Haus. Partner licencyjny musi posiadać o wiele większy kapitał, bo w wysokości 100 tys. zł. Fundusz marketingowy opłacany jest w formie prowizji ze zrealizowanych budów.

Obecnie Arde Haus posiada 3 własne placówki, 3 franczyzowe oraz 2 licencyjne. Kolejne placówki franczyzowe powstaną w najbliższym czasie w kilku dużych miastach Polski - we Wrocławiu, Poznaniu, Krakowie, Bydgoszczy i Kołobrzegu, natomiast licencyjne w Poznaniu, we Wrocławiu i w Szczecinie. Franczyzobiorca Arde Haus zajmuje się głównie sprzedażą i budową sieci sprzedawców, partner licencyjny - realizacją inwestycji. To dla niego w regionie działają franczyzobiorcy, którzy dostarczają mu klientów zainteresowanych budową domu.

- Do końca 2009 roku w głównych miastach Polski planujemy po kilku franczyzobiorców i partnerów licencyjnych na każde miasto - mówi Richard Kulikowski, prezes zarządu Arde Haus. - Będą to głównie Poznań, Kraków, Wrocław, Katowice, Szczecin, a także Gorzów, Warszawa, Gdańsk Toruń, Bydgoszcz i Białystok. Jednak zarówno franczyzobiorców jak i partnerów licencyjnych poszukujemy w całej Polsce.

Przyszły franczyzobiorca musi dysponować kapitałem w wys. 10 tys. zł na uruchomienie biznesu pod szyldem Arde Haus. Partner licencyjny musi posiadać o wiele większy kapitał, bo w wysokości 100 tys. zł. Fundusz marketingowy opłacany jest w formie prowizji ze zrealizowanych budów.

- Rynek, poprzez spowolnienie, kształtuje się w nowych kierunkach, które pozwalają na wprowadzanie nowoczesnych rozwiązań, a co za tym idzie także nowych systemów franczyzowych w branżach, w których jak dotąd franczyzy nie było - mówi Richard Kulikowski. - Arde Haus jest odpowiedzią na potrzeby klienta, który chcę kupić dom jednorodzinny. Formuła "zamawiam – odbieram" to sposób na budownictwo jednorodzinne naszej marki.
