Obie sieci zajmują się doradztwem finansowym i ubezpieczeniowym. Fiolet specjalizuje się w kredytach hipotecznych i gotówkowych, a Powszechny Dom Kredytowy w kredytach samochodowych. Po połączeniu obie spółki uzupełnią wzajemnie swoją ofertę.

Getin Holding, który jest właścicielem obu spółek, nie podjął jeszcze decyzji, przy której marce zostanie nowo utworzona sieć. Wiadomo jednak, że w wyniku fuzji powstanie trzecia co do wielkości sieć w kraju zajmująca się pośrednictwem i doradztwem finansowym - tuż za Expanderem i Open Finance.

Połączona sieć nie zamierza rywalizować bezpośrednio z Open Finance, która rozwija się głównie w dużych miastach i która również znajduje się w portfolio grupy Getin. Dlatego Fiolet i PDK skupią się na rozwoju w małych i średnich miejscowościach.

Obie sieci zajmują się doradztwem finansowym i ubezpieczeniowym. Fiolet specjalizuje się w kredytach hipotecznych i gotówkowych, a Powszechny Dom Kredytowy w kredytach samochodowych. Po połączeniu obie spółki uzupełnią wzajemnie swoją ofertę.

Getin Holding, który jest właścicielem obu spółek, nie podjął jeszcze decyzji, przy której marce zostanie nowo utworzona sieć. Wiadomo jednak, że w wyniku fuzji powstanie trzecia co do wielkości sieć w kraju zajmująca się pośrednictwem i doradztwem finansowym - tuż za Expanderem i Open Finance.

Połączona sieć nie zamierza rywalizować bezpośrednio z Open Finance, która rozwija się głównie w dużych miastach i która również znajduje się w portfolio grupy Getin. Dlatego Fiolet i PDK skupią się na rozwoju w małych i średnich miejscowościach.

Po połączeniu obie sieci będą dysponować ok. 150 oddziałami własnymi i ok. 1,8 tys. agencjami Fioletu.
