Instytucja zamierza w ciągu najbliższych pięciu lat zdobyć 900 tys. klientów i uzyskać 2-3 proc. udział w rynku. Docelowo ma powstać 200 oddziałów nowego banku i ponad 450 agencji, działających na zasadach franczyzy. Prezesem banku ma zostać były wiceprezes BPH Wojciech Sobieraj.
– Nowy bank rozpocznie sprzedaż produktów i usług we wszystkich segmentach rynku po uzyskaniu niezbędnych pozwoleń. Prawdopodobnie nastąpi to już w drugiej połowie 2008 roku – mówi Helene Zaleski, prezes Carlo Tassara International. – Polska jest bardzo atrakcyjnym rynkiem dla inwestorów. Gospodarka dynamicznie się rozwija, wysoki potencjał wzrostu ma również sektor bankowy, zarządzany przez doświadczonych i profesjonalnych menedżerów. Dlatego Grupa Carlo Tassara zdecydowała się przystąpić do realizacji tego projektu – dodaje Zaleski.
Grupa Carlo Tassara planuje przeznaczyć w 2008 r. na poczet kapitału własnego banku 1,5 miliarda zł. Tym samym pod względem wielkości kapitałów własnych znajdzie się on wśród 10 największych banków w Polsce.
Jest to jedna z największych tego typu inwestycji w Europie oraz jedna z największych bezpośrednich inwestycji zagranicznych w Polsce. Jej wielkość przewyższy niemal trzykrotnie łączną wartość wszystkich nowo tworzonych banków w Polsce. Będzie to także największa inwestycja w zorganizowanie banku od podstaw w sektorze finansowym w Europie w ciągu ostatnich 30 lat.

Instytucja zamierza w ciągu najbliższych pięciu lat zdobyć 900 tys. klientów i uzyskać 2-3 proc. udział w rynku. Docelowo ma powstać 200 oddziałów nowego banku i ponad 450 agencji, działających na zasadach franczyzy. Prezesem banku ma zostać były wiceprezes BPH Wojciech Sobieraj.
– Nowy bank rozpocznie sprzedaż produktów i usług we wszystkich segmentach rynku po uzyskaniu niezbędnych pozwoleń. Prawdopodobnie nastąpi to już w drugiej połowie 2008 roku – mówi Helene Zaleski, prezes Carlo Tassara International. – Polska jest bardzo atrakcyjnym rynkiem dla inwestorów. Gospodarka dynamicznie się rozwija, wysoki potencjał wzrostu ma również sektor bankowy, zarządzany przez doświadczonych i profesjonalnych menedżerów. Dlatego Grupa Carlo Tassara zdecydowała się przystąpić do realizacji tego projektu – dodaje Zaleski.
Grupa Carlo Tassara planuje przeznaczyć w 2008 r. na poczet kapitału własnego banku 1,5 miliarda zł. Tym samym pod względem wielkości kapitałów własnych znajdzie się on wśród 10 największych banków w Polsce.
Jest to jedna z największych tego typu inwestycji w Europie oraz jedna z największych bezpośrednich inwestycji zagranicznych w Polsce. Jej wielkość przewyższy niemal trzykrotnie łączną wartość wszystkich nowo tworzonych banków w Polsce. Będzie to także największa inwestycja w zorganizowanie banku od podstaw w sektorze finansowym w Europie w ciągu ostatnich 30 lat.
