Strategia na lata 2007-2012 zakłada dynamiczny rozwój w zakresie sprzedaży detalicznej. W 2012 roku Orlen chce posiadać 1900 stacji w Polsce, 440 w Czechach, 230 w krajach bałtyckich i 750 w Niemczech.
