Podział banku BPH pomiędzy Pekao i GE Money Bank to efekt zawarcia ubiegłorocznego kompromisu premiera Marcinkiewicza i włoskiej grupy UniCredit (do której należy Pekao), o czym informowaliśmy wcześniej.

Zgodnie z umową do Pekao zostanie włączonych 285 placówek BPH i ponad 300 agencji partnerskich. GE Money Bank przejmie 200 placówek, które z obecnymi oddziałami będzie tworzyć sieć ok. 300 oddziałów.

GE Money Bank ponadto stawia na rozwój sieci partnerskiej. W ciągu najbliższych dwóch lat chce utworzyć sieć liczącą ok. 100 placówek.

Osoby zainteresowane współpracą z amerykańskim bankiem powinny dysponować kwotą ok. 70 tys. zł na przystosowanie lokalu do standardów sieci i 10 tys. zł na opłatę wstępną. Miesięczne koszty stałe za korzystanie z know-how wynoszą 1,5 tys. zł. GE Money Bank zapewnia wsparcie marketingowe i szkolenia.

Komisja Nadzoru Bankowego zgodziła się na podział banku BPH. Mniejszą jego część, 200 placówek, przejmie GE Money Bank, który rozwija swoją sieć partnerską.

Podział banku BPH pomiędzy Pekao i GE Money Bank to efekt zawarcia ubiegłorocznego kompromisu premiera Marcinkiewicza i włoskiej grupy UniCredit (do której należy Pekao), o czym informowaliśmy wcześniej.

Zgodnie z umową do Pekao zostanie włączonych 285 placówek BPH i ponad 300 agencji partnerskich. GE Money Bank przejmie 200 placówek, które z obecnymi oddziałami będzie tworzyć sieć ok. 300 oddziałów.

GE Money Bank ponadto stawia na rozwój sieci partnerskiej. W ciągu najbliższych dwóch lat chce utworzyć sieć liczącą ok. 100 placówek.

Osoby zainteresowane współpracą z amerykańskim bankiem powinny dysponować kwotą ok. 70 tys. zł na przystosowanie lokalu do standardów sieci i 10 tys. zł na opłatę wstępną. Miesięczne koszty stałe za korzystanie z know-how wynoszą 1,5 tys. zł. GE Money Bank zapewnia wsparcie marketingowe i szkolenia.
