PAF Operator Pocztowy wyszedł naprzeciw klientom internetowym i oferuje tzw. przesyłkę pobraniową. Usługa korzystna jest zarówno dla nadawcy przesyłki ponieważ otrzymuje pieniądze w ciągu 1 doby, jak również dla odbiorcy, który ma gwarancję zawartości paczki. Transakcja odbywa się za pośrednictwem PAFu. Adresat przesyłki płaci należność za paczkę prywatnemu operatorowi, który następnie przekazuje pieniądze nadawcy. Zanim jednak proces zakupu zostanie sfinalizowany adresat przesyłki musi potwierdzić, że jej zawartość spełnia jego oczekiwania. Pod tym warunkiem PAF przekazuje pieniądze nadawcy. Dodatkowym zabezpieczeniem jest kod identyfikacyjny, który musi być jednakowy dla obu stron transakcji. Dzięki temu PAF zawsze wypłaca należność właściwiej osobie.
Koszty usługi wynoszą od 6,99 zł do 9,99 zł. Cena uzależniona jest od wagi i objętości paczki. Wpłata za przesyłkę może zostać dokonana za pośrednictwem przekazu pocztowego w ciągu 24 godzin lub na konto odbiorcy w ciągu 48 godzin. Listonosz PAFu może również dostarczyć należność za przesyłkę bezpośrednio do klienta.
- Klient PAFu ma również możliwość śledzenia losu paczki zamówionej w internecie. Obecnie prym w obsłudze zakupów w internecie wiedzie Poczta Polska. Realizacja przesyłek trwa zazwyczaj długo, co jednocześnie wydłuża termin zapłaty za zakupiony towar. PAF Operator Pocztowy wyszedł naprzeciw klientom internetowym i oferuje tzw. przesyłkę pobraniową. Usługa korzystna jest zarówno dla nadawcy przesyłki ponieważ otrzymuje pieniądze w ciągu 1 doby, jak również dla odbiorcy, który ma gwarancję zawartości paczki. Transakcja odbywa się za pośrednictwem PAFu. Adresat przesyłki płaci należność za paczkę prywatnemu operatorowi, który następnie przekazuje pieniądze nadawcy. Zanim jednak proces zakupu zostanie sfinalizowany adresat przesyłki musi potwierdzić, że jej zawartość spełnia jego oczekiwania. Pod tym warunkiem PAF przekazuje pieniądze nadawcy. Dodatkowym zabezpieczeniem jest kod identyfikacyjny, który musi być jednakowy dla obu stron transakcji. Dzięki temu PAF zawsze wypłaca należność właściwiej osobie.

Wpłata za przesyłkę może zostać dokonana za pośrednictwem przekazu pocztowego w ciągu 24 godzin lub na konto odbiorcy w ciągu 48 godzin. Listonosz PAFu może również dostarczyć należność za przesyłkę bezpośrednio do klienta.
- Klient PAFu ma również możliwość śledzenia losu paczki zamówionej w internecie. Służy do tego system informatyczny, który ułatwia kontrolować korespondencję - mówi Marek Sadowski, członek zarządu sieci PAF Operator Pocztowy. – Nasi klienci otrzymują hasło i login do strony internetowej, gdzie są informacje o aktualnym etapie wędrówki ich przesyłek – dodaje Marek Sadowski.
Wartość sprzedaży w internecie ma osiągnąć do 2010 r. 16 miliardów złotych. Do tego czasu PAF zamierza pozyskać jak najwięcej klientów internetowych i mieć szeroki udział w ich obsłudze. Obecnie współpracuje z wydawnictwami, księgarniami i sklepami z akcesoriami informatycznymi.
