W najbliższym czasie firma planuje otwarcie placówek własnych na terenie Łodzi i Gdańska oraz co najmniej cztery akwizycje kapitałowe.

Promedis należy do Grupy Impel. W 1998 r. spółka Impel otworzyła we Wrocławiu przychodnię pod nazwą Centrum Medycyny i Rehabilitacji Medar świadczącą opiekę medyczną w zakresie podstawowym, specjalistycznym i rehabilitacyjnym. Dwa lata później przychodnia została przekształcona w firmę Medar, należącą w 100 proc. do Impela. W 2001 r. powstała marka Promedis, pod którą spółka rozpoczęła zdobywanie klientów komercyjnych – firmy zapewniające swoim pracownikom abonamentową opiekę medyczną oraz osoby prywatne. W tym czasie powstało Prywatne Centrum Medyczne Promedis we Wrocławiu oraz pierwsze poza siedzibą firmy centrum w Krakowie. Aby zapewnić opiekę medyczną w całej Polsce rozpoczęto podpisywanie umów z pierwszymi placówkami partnerskimi. Pierwsze kontraktowanie placówek rozpoczęło się w 2002 roku. Obecnie w skład Promedis wchodzą trzy placówki własne we Wrocławiu, dwie w Krakowie oraz po jednej w Katowicach, Poznaniu i w Warszawie. Oprócz centrów medycznych w największych miastach, spółka posiada sieć ponad 420 partnerów oraz przychodnie przyzakładowe w Kłodzku, Warszawie, Wrocławiu i Buku koło Poznania.
Warunki, jakie powinna spełniać placówka partnerska zależą od zakresu oferowanych usług.
- Partner może być poddostawcą usług wyłącznie z zakresu medycyny pracy, jednak najczęściej placówki zapewniają klientom kompleksową opiekę specjalistyczną i rehabilitację. Warunkiem podstawowym jest spełnianie standardów w zakresie jakości i dostępności świadczonych usług określonych w umowach z klientami – mówi Elżbieta Piechota. – Nasi partnerzy zarabiają przede wszystkim na marży ze świadczonych usług - na podstawie zawartych umów za usługi te płaci Promedis. Propozycje zasad rozliczeń z partnerami są ściśle powiązane z wybranym rozwiązaniem kapitałowym: objęciem udziałów, inwestycją w obcym środku trwałym, spółką komandytową, czy w przyszłości z franczyzą.
Placówkom powiązanym z firmą kapitałowo lub na warunkach agencyjnych Promedis oferuje doposażenie w sprzęt diagnostyczny, inwestycje w infrastrukturę placówki, coroczny zakup szczepionek na wynegocjowanych z dostawcami przez firmę, korzystnych warunkach finansowych, szkolenia oraz wsparcie w zakresie wdrażania norm ISO. Partnerzy obsługują abonamentowych klientów oraz orzekają dla współpracujących z Promedis firm ubezpieczeniowych.

Promedis należy do Grupy Impel. W 1998 r. spółka Impel otworzyła we Wrocławiu przychodnię pod nazwą Centrum Medycyny i Rehabilitacji Medar świadczącą opiekę medyczną w zakresie podstawowym, specjalistycznym i rehabilitacyjnym. Dwa lata później przychodnia została przekształcona w firmę Medar, należącą w 100 proc. do Impela. W 2001 r. powstała marka Promedis, pod którą spółka rozpoczęła zdobywanie klientów komercyjnych – firmy zapewniające swoim pracownikom abonamentową opiekę medyczną oraz osoby prywatne. W tym czasie powstało Prywatne Centrum Medyczne Promedis we Wrocławiu oraz pierwsze poza siedzibą firmy centrum w Krakowie. Aby zapewnić opiekę medyczną w całej Polsce rozpoczęto podpisywanie umów z pierwszymi placówkami partnerskimi. Pierwsze kontraktowanie placówek rozpoczęło się w 2002 roku. Obecnie w skład Promedis wchodzą trzy placówki własne we Wrocławiu, dwie w Krakowie oraz po jednej w Katowicach, Poznaniu i w Warszawie. Oprócz centrów medycznych w największych miastach, spółka posiada sieć ponad 420 partnerów oraz przychodnie przyzakładowe w Kłodzku, Warszawie, Wrocławiu i Buku koło Poznania.
Warunki, jakie powinna spełniać placówka partnerska zależą od zakresu oferowanych usług.
- Partner może być poddostawcą usług wyłącznie z zakresu medycyny pracy, jednak najczęściej placówki zapewniają klientom kompleksową opiekę specjalistyczną i rehabilitację. Warunkiem podstawowym jest spełnianie standardów w zakresie jakości i dostępności świadczonych usług określonych w umowach z klientami – mówi Elżbieta Piechota. – Nasi partnerzy zarabiają przede wszystkim na marży ze świadczonych usług - na podstawie zawartych umów za usługi te płaci Promedis. Propozycje zasad rozliczeń z partnerami są ściśle powiązane z wybranym rozwiązaniem kapitałowym: objęciem udziałów, inwestycją w obcym środku trwałym, spółką komandytową, czy w przyszłości z franczyzą.
Placówkom powiązanym z firmą kapitałowo lub na warunkach agencyjnych Promedis oferuje doposażenie w sprzęt diagnostyczny, inwestycje w infrastrukturę placówki, coroczny zakup szczepionek na wynegocjowanych z dostawcami przez firmę, korzystnych warunkach finansowych, szkolenia oraz wsparcie w zakresie wdrażania norm ISO. Partnerzy obsługują abonamentowych klientów oraz orzekają dla współpracujących z Promedis firm ubezpieczeniowych.

Dodatkowo, dzięki współpracy z Promedis placówka, która nie posiada własnego laboratorium ma także możliwość korzystania z sieciowej umowy na badania laboratoryjne.
