Litwa, Łotwa i Estonia to kraje atrakcyjne dla polskich producentów ze względu na bliskość terytorialną oraz podobne preferencje zakupowe klientów. Meble Kler są obecne na rynkach krajów nadbałtyckich od niemal 14 lat. Pierwsze zlecenie eksportowe zostało zrealizowane w 1992 roku dla klienta łotewskiego. Następnie, sukcesywnie pojawiały się kolejne zamówienia z Łotwy, a z czasem również z Litwy i Estonii. Taki stan rzeczy istniał do roku 2000 - systematycznie wzrastała sprzedaż, ale były to indywidualne zamówienia kontrahentów eksportowych, dlatego trudno mówić o znaczącej obecności marki Kler na rynkach krajów nadbałtyckich w tym okresie.
W roku 2004 została podpisana pierwsza umowa franczyzowa z kontrahentem litewskim. Franczyzodawca wspólnie z partnerem wybrali lokalizację oraz opracowali szczegółową strategię obecności marki na tym rynku. Dziś na Litwie działa już sześć salonów, które oferują meble Kler. Trzy z nich mieszczą się w Wilnie. Kolejnym etapem ekspansji było uruchomienie, wiosną 2005 roku, salonu w Rydze. Potem zapadła decyzja o budowaniu sieci salonów franczyzowych na Łotwie i w Estonii, gdzie w połowie grudnia 2006 roku otworzono pierwszy salon Kler.
Zdaniem Piotra Klera, prezesa firmy, franczyza jest najlepszą formą międzynarodowego rozwoju firmy, bo zapewnia obecność na rynku nie tylko produktu, ale i marki. Oprócz krajów nadbałtyckich, Kler rozwija sieci salonów franczyzowych na Węgrzech, Ukrainie, Chorwacji oraz we Francji, Rosji, Danii i Kanadzie. (aw)

Litwa, Łotwa i Estonia to kraje atrakcyjne dla polskich producentów ze względu na bliskość terytorialną oraz podobne preferencje zakupowe klientów. Meble Kler są obecne na rynkach krajów nadbałtyckich od niemal 14 lat. Pierwsze zlecenie eksportowe zostało zrealizowane w 1992 roku dla klienta łotewskiego. Następnie, sukcesywnie pojawiały się kolejne zamówienia z Łotwy, a z czasem również z Litwy i Estonii. Taki stan rzeczy istniał do roku 2000 - systematycznie wzrastała sprzedaż, ale były to indywidualne zamówienia kontrahentów eksportowych, dlatego trudno mówić o znaczącej obecności marki Kler na rynkach krajów nadbałtyckich w tym okresie.
W roku 2004 została podpisana pierwsza umowa franczyzowa z kontrahentem litewskim. Franczyzodawca wspólnie z partnerem wybrali lokalizację oraz opracowali szczegółową strategię obecności marki na tym rynku. Dziś na Litwie działa już sześć salonów, które oferują meble Kler. Trzy z nich mieszczą się w Wilnie. Kolejnym etapem ekspansji było uruchomienie, wiosną 2005 roku, salonu w Rydze. Potem zapadła decyzja o budowaniu sieci salonów franczyzowych na Łotwie i w Estonii, gdzie w połowie grudnia 2006 roku otworzono pierwszy salon Kler.
Zdaniem Piotra Klera, prezesa firmy, franczyza jest najlepszą formą międzynarodowego rozwoju firmy, bo zapewnia obecność na rynku nie tylko produktu, ale i marki. Oprócz krajów nadbałtyckich, Kler rozwija sieci salonów franczyzowych na Węgrzech, Ukrainie, Chorwacji oraz we Francji, Rosji, Danii i Kanadzie. (aw)
