W województwie świętokrzyskim działają trzy supermarkety Albert zarządzane przez Ahold Polska (w Starachowicach, Końskich i Jędrzejowie). Kieleckie sklepy będą jednak pierwszymi działającymi w oparciu o licencję Albertami w tym regionie.
Pierwszy supermarket mieści się przy ul. Mielczarskiego 55. Na powierzchni 500 metrów kwadratowych klienci znajdą artykuły spożywcze: świeże owoce, warzywa, mięso, wędliny oraz nabiał. Na stoisku piekarniczym dostępne jest pieczywo z własnej piekarni, a wędliny i sery można kupić na stoiskach obsługowych. W sumie w supermarkecie znajduje się ok. 8 tys. artykułów, z czego 180 pod marką własną Albert oraz 210 produktów Euro Shoppera.
W ciągu tygodnia zostanie otwarty w Kielcach drugi supermarket pod marką Albert przy ul. Klonowej. Właścicielem obu jest Jan Szywała, który dotychczas współpracował z siecią Spar, prowadząc placówki handlowe w Kielcach. Propozycja franczyzy z Albertem okazała się na tyle interesująca, że przedsiębiorca zdecydował się na współpracę z nowym franczyzodawcą.
Franczyza z Albertem
Albert to propozycja dla właścicieli sklepów o powierzchni ok. 300 metrów kwadratowych, którzy chcą zainwestować w supermarket pod znaną marką.
– Jeśli jest to nowa lokalizacja, a lokal wymaga dokładnego remontu i przeróbki, inwestycja może wynieść ok. 400 tys. zł. Jeśli wystarczy wymienić sprzęt komputerowy i drobne wyposażenie, to kwota taka zamknie się poniżej 100 tys. zł – mówi Zdzisław Potempa, dyrektor ds. franczyzy w Ahold Central Europe.
Zanim jednak dojdzie do otwarcia, franczyzodawca przygotowuje dla biorcy analizę ekonomiczną danej lokalizacji. Dzięki niej przedsiębiorca poznaje potencjał lokalnego rynku, zwyczaje konsumentów, plany inwestycyjne w okolicy oraz wysokość obrotów jakie może generować jego Albert.
Franczyzobiorca sieci Albert ma możliwość zamawiania towarów po cenach wynegocjowanych przez Ahold dla całej sieci. Ceny towarów są jednakowe dla wszystkich placówek, niezależnie czy należą do firmy, czy też działają na zasadzie licencji. Dostawami towarów do sklepu zajmuje się franczyzodawca. Szczególną wagę Ahold przykłada do działu świeżych warzyw i owoców oraz piekarni. Pracownicy kilka razy do roku odbywają szkolenia w tym zakresie.
Opłaty ponoszone przez franczyzobiorcę sieci należą do najniższych w branży i wynoszą 2 proc. przychodów w pierwszym roku działalności supermarketu i 3 proc. w następnych latach. Do innych obowiązków franczyzobiorcy należy przestrzeganie reguł zawartych w umowie franczyzowej, dotyczących m.in. utrzymywania ustalonego asortymentu, polityki promocyjnej oraz standardów wyglądu sklepu.
Albert w Polsce i na świecie
Sieć supermarketów Albert rozwija się w Polsce od 1995 r. Aktualnie w naszym kraju jest 177 Albertów, w tym 7 Albertów franczyzowych.
Siecią supermarketów Albert w Polsce zarządza Ahold Polska, do którego należą również hipermarkety Hypernova. Spółka jest właścicielem ok. 200 tysięcy metrów kwadratowych powierzchni sprzedaży w naszym kraju.
Od 1 stycznia 2003 roku Ahold Polska wraz z spółkami Aholda z Czech i Słowacji utworzyły Ahold Central Europe. Zadaniem ACE jest umocnienie Aholda na rynkach lokalnych we wszystkich trzech krajach oraz rozwój tam sieci supermarketów Albert oraz hipermarketów Hypernova.

16 sierpnia rozpoczął działalność pierwszy w Kielcach franczyzowy supermarket Albert. Drugi zostanie otwarty tydzień później. Obie placówki poprowadzi na zasadach franczyzy lokalny przedsiębiorca.

W województwie świętokrzyskim działają trzy supermarkety Albert zarządzane przez Ahold Polska (w Starachowicach, Końskich i Jędrzejowie). Kieleckie sklepy będą jednak pierwszymi działającymi w oparciu o licencję Albertami w tym regionie.
Pierwszy supermarket mieści się przy ul. Mielczarskiego 55. Na powierzchni 500 metrów kwadratowych klienci znajdą artykuły spożywcze: świeże owoce, warzywa, mięso, wędliny oraz nabiał. Na stoisku piekarniczym dostępne jest pieczywo z własnej piekarni, a wędliny i sery można kupić na stoiskach obsługowych. W sumie w supermarkecie znajduje się ok. 8 tys. artykułów, z czego 180 pod marką własną Albert oraz 210 produktów Euro Shoppera.
W ciągu tygodnia zostanie otwarty w Kielcach drugi supermarket pod marką Albert przy ul. Klonowej. Właścicielem obu jest Jan Szywała, który dotychczas współpracował z siecią Spar, prowadząc placówki handlowe w Kielcach. Propozycja franczyzy z Albertem okazała się na tyle interesująca, że przedsiębiorca zdecydował się na współpracę z nowym franczyzodawcą.
Franczyza z Albertem
Albert to propozycja dla właścicieli sklepów o powierzchni ok. 300 metrów kwadratowych, którzy chcą zainwestować w supermarket pod znaną marką.
– Jeśli jest to nowa lokalizacja, a lokal wymaga dokładnego remontu i przeróbki, inwestycja może wynieść ok. 400 tys. zł. Jeśli wystarczy wymienić sprzęt komputerowy i drobne wyposażenie, to kwota taka zamknie się poniżej 100 tys. zł – mówi Zdzisław Potempa, dyrektor ds. franczyzy w Ahold Central Europe.
Zanim jednak dojdzie do otwarcia, franczyzodawca przygotowuje dla biorcy analizę ekonomiczną danej lokalizacji. Dzięki niej przedsiębiorca poznaje potencjał lokalnego rynku, zwyczaje konsumentów, plany inwestycyjne w okolicy oraz wysokość obrotów jakie może generować jego Albert.
Franczyzobiorca sieci Albert ma możliwość zamawiania towarów po cenach wynegocjowanych przez Ahold dla całej sieci. Ceny towarów są jednakowe dla wszystkich placówek, niezależnie czy należą do firmy, czy też działają na zasadzie licencji. Dostawami towarów do sklepu zajmuje się franczyzodawca. Szczególną wagę Ahold przykłada do działu świeżych warzyw i owoców oraz piekarni. Pracownicy kilka razy do roku odbywają szkolenia w tym zakresie.
Opłaty ponoszone przez franczyzobiorcę sieci należą do najniższych w branży i wynoszą 2 proc. przychodów w pierwszym roku działalności supermarketu i 3 proc. w następnych latach. Do innych obowiązków franczyzobiorcy należy przestrzeganie reguł zawartych w umowie franczyzowej, dotyczących m.in. utrzymywania ustalonego asortymentu, polityki promocyjnej oraz standardów wyglądu sklepu.
Albert w Polsce i na świecie
Sieć supermarketów Albert rozwija się w Polsce od 1995 r. Aktualnie w naszym kraju jest 177 Albertów, w tym 7 Albertów franczyzowych.
Siecią supermarketów Albert w Polsce zarządza Ahold Polska, do którego należą również hipermarkety Hypernova. Spółka jest właścicielem ok. 200 tysięcy metrów kwadratowych powierzchni sprzedaży w naszym kraju.
Od 1 stycznia 2003 roku Ahold Polska wraz z spółkami Aholda z Czech i Słowacji utworzyły Ahold Central Europe. Zadaniem ACE jest umocnienie Aholda na rynkach lokalnych we wszystkich trzech krajach oraz rozwój tam sieci supermarketów Albert oraz hipermarketów Hypernova.
