Najwięcej stacji franczyzowych, bo aż 101 posiada PKN Orlen. Na drugim miejscu jest BP z liczbą 86 placówek. Franczyzowo rozwijają się Grupa Lotos, Statoil Polska, WW Energy, a od 2005 roku także Shell Polska. Przez grupę Lotos została przejęta firma Slovnaft, która również rozwijała się przez franczyzę.
