Aktualnie 5aSec poszukuje partnerów do prowadzenia pralni franczyzowych w centrach handlowych w Bydgoszczy, Chorzowie, Częstochowie, Gliwicach, Głogowie, Grudziądzu, Dąbrowie Górniczej, Jastrzębiu Zdroju, Koszalinie, Lublinie, Łodzi, Pszczynie, Rybniku, Sosnowcu, Szczecinie, Wałbrzychu i Zgorzelcu.
Według przedstawicieli 5aSec prowadzenie pralni jest bardzo dochodowym biznesem dla ludzi pracowitych. Stąd jednym z podstawowych kryteriów, które musi spełnić potencjalny franczyzobiorca sieci jest chęć osobistego zaangażowania w zarządzanie placówką. Dla osób, które prowadzą już własne pralnie w miastach zamieszkałych przez minimum 30 tys. mieszkańców, przedstawiciele 5aSec zapowiadają promocyjne warunki współpracy. Na razie nie ujawniają szczegółów promocji.
Franczyzobiorca ma możliwość zaciągnięcia kredytu, specjalnie przygotowanego przez bank dla sieci 5aSec, który pokrywa do 70 proc. inwestycji. Kwota inwestycji zależy od stanu adaptowanego lokalu oraz wyposażenia przewidzianego dla pralni. Zazwyczaj wszystkie instalacje przygotowywane są dla pełnej opcji, zaś na początek proponuje się franczyzobiorcy oszczędne wyposażenie, by zminimalizować koszty.
Koszt inwestycji to 100 do 180 tys. w zależności od stanu lokalu (najdroższe są centra handlowe, ze względu na udostępnianie w nich pomieszczeń w stanie surowym oraz nakładanie na najemcę opłat dodatkowych). Opłata wstępna za otwarcie lokalu w centrum handlowym to 60 tys. zł, w mieście 40 tys. zł. Opłaty stałe to opłata licencyjna (3 proc. od obrotu) i na budżet szkoleniowy (1 proc. od obrotu). Istnieje również fundusz na reklamę (1 proc. od obrotu).
Przedstawiciele firmy twierdzą, że zwrot z inwestycji w najlepszych placówkach następuje już po 18 miesiącach, najczęściej trzeba jednak poczekać 4 lata.
