Firm kurierskich na polskim rynku nie brakuje, a mimo to zapotrzebowanie na ich usługi wciąż rośnie. Jakie warunki należy spełnić, by zostać franczyzobiorcą Kurier BTL?

Franczyzodawcy sieci punktów kurierskich zgodnie określają swój rynek jako dynamiczny. – Rynek jest tak duży i rośnie w tak szybkim tempie, że dla każdego znajdzie się miejsce na biznes – zapewnia Ireneusz Koniecko, prezes zarządu BTL Logistik.
Jak czytamy w „Raporcie e-commerce w Polsce 2018” ponad połowa Polaków (54 proc.) deklaruje, że robi zakupy online. Według najnowszych danych, aż 78 proc. internautów przy zamawianiu towaru korzysta z najszybszej i najwygodniejszej opcji doręczenia przesyłki kurierem do domu lub pracy. Właścicielom sklepów internetowych również zależy na czasie. Dlatego dziś przesyłki kurierskie można nadawać nawet w sieciach handlowych czy stacjach paliw. Założenia są takie, żeby każdy klient miał punkt kurierski w odległości nie większej niż 14 minut pieszo w mieście i do 15 minut jazdy samochodem na terenach wiejskich. -– Chcemy współpracować z przedsiębiorcami, którzy prowadzą punkty usługowe bądź handlowe i zamierzają poszerzyć swoją ofertę o usługi kurierskie. Nasza firma pozostawia dużą swobodę przedsiębiorcy. Jeśli przedsiębiorca chce prowadzić Punkt Paczkowy, to czemu mamy mu tego zakazać? – mówi Ireneusz Koniecko.
Jak zaznacza franczyzodawca, przedsiębiorcy zainteresowani współpracą z Kurier BTL powinni mieć już swój lokal, w którym będą prowadzić punkt paczkowy. – Punkt powinien być specjalnie wydzielonym miejscem w lokalu na przyjęcie paczek od klienta. Podstawowe wyposażenie lokalu to biurko, regał, krzesło dla klienta, waga, drukarka, komputer z dostępem do internetu. Ponadto punkt paczkowy otrzymuje wizualizację wnętrza lokalu. Natomiast jeśli punkt paczkowy otwiera się już w lokalu w którym jest prowadzona inna działalność, wówczas graficy przygotowują indywidualną wizualizację dla danego punktu – tłumaczy Ireneusz Koniecko.
Co Kurier BTL oferuje w ramach modelu franczyzowego? Jak zapewnia Ireneusz Koniecko, przedsiębiorca może liczyć na wsparcie handlowe przy zawieraniu umów z klientami, pomoc w dystrybucji materiałów reklamowych, cykliczne szkolenia z przedstawicielami firm kurierskich podnoszące kwalifikacje pracowników.
– Sukces w tej branży można osiągnąć nie mając doświadczenia, jednak trzeba odbyć odpowiednie kursy, które oferuje firma. Proces szkoleniowy jest przygotowany pod danego przedsiębiorcę i zespół pracowników – mówi Koniecko. Podkreśla, że za przystąpienie do sieci Kurier BTL Franczyza przedsiębiorca nie płaci opłaty licencyjnej. Jedyne koszty jakie ponosi przedsiębiorca są związane z opłatą abonamentową za korzystanie z systemu zamówień, w którym jest dostęp do wszystkich kurierów – jest to stała kwota 500 zł miesięcznie.
