Grzegorz Tlałka, właściciel GTLux, marki mobilnych i stacjonarnych myjni parowych oraz salonów autodetailingu, biznes założył siedem lat temu. Na początku była to myjnia mobilna, ponieważ w tym obszarze dostrzegł niszę na rynku. Ale dwa lata później ruszył również z biznesem stacjonarnym – salonem autodetailingu oraz stacjonarną myjnią parową. Od trzech lat proponuje współpracę na zasadzie franczyzy oraz partnerstwa. W sumie funkcjonuje już około 45 placówek w jednej i drugiej formie.
– Docelowo chcemy ich otworzyć maksymalnie sto, w ciągu trzech lat. Wydaje nam się, że taka liczba będzie optymalna, biorąc pod uwagę sporą konkurencyjność na naszym rynku – mówi Grzegorz Tlałka. Franczyzodawca myśli także o ekspansji za granicę – szczególnie do wschodnich sąsiadów.
W naszym kraju placówki mogą powstawać w miastach już od 20 tys. mieszkańców. Firma oferuje trzy modele biznesowe do wyboru. Można otworzyć myjnię parową mobilną albo stacjonarną. W obu przypadkach jednorazowa opłata wstępna wyniesie 2,5 tys. zł, a potem franczyzobiorcę będzie obowiązywać miesięczna opłata rzędu 300 zł niezależna od dochodów. W przypadku trzeciej opcji – salonu autodetailingu – opłata wstępna to 5 tys. zł, a miesięczna 500 zł. Trzeba także doliczyć koszt zakupu odpowiedniego sprzętu.
Największym powodzeniem wśród potencjalnych franczyzobiorców cieszy się mobilna myjnia.
– To koncept, który można otworzyć najszybciej i najtaniej, a zwrot z inwestycji będzie najwyższy. Nie myjemy wodą, więc nie są potrzebne pozwolenia wodno-prawne, na które długo się czeka. Trzeba tylko kupić samochód. Może to być jednak używane auto, które zostanie przystosowane do wymogów GTLux – tłumaczy Grzegorz Tlałka.
Po pierwszym roku w tym przypadku można liczyć na ponad dwukrotny zwrot z inwestycji, o ile potencjalny partner skupi się na niestandardowych usługach, a nie myciu aut.
– Chodzi o duże powierzchnie – np. hal magazynowych, przemysłowych czy biurowców – tłumaczy Grzegorz Tlałka. Jeżeli postawi na mycie samochody, inwestycja zwróci się po upywie około dwóch lat.
Chętni na otwarcie stacjonarnej myjnii parowej też nie muszą się zmagać z koniecznością uzyskania pozwoleń, ale muszą zainwestować w odpowiedni salon.
– Najchętniej znajdujący się pomiędzy miejscem pracy i zamieszkania potencjalnych klientów – mówi Grzegorz Tlałka. Zwrot z inwestycji następuje po mniej więcej dwóch latach. W przypadku salonu autodetailingu nieco szybciej. Ale inwestycja może sięgnąć nawet 150 tys. zł, jeżeli salon wymaga odrestaurowania. Wymagane są także odpowiednie pozwolenia wodno-prawne.
GTLux nie oczkuje od swoich franczyzobiorców doświadczenia.
– Wszystkiego ich nauczymy podczas szkoleń – zapewnia Grzegorz Tlałka. Ważne, żeby byli zdeterminowani i nie zniechęcali się szybko. Pierwszy rok w tej branży może być trudny.
Firma oprócz współpracy franczyzowej, oferuje także partnerską. Partner może działać pod własną marką. Od GTLux otrzyma technologię i pomoc w otwarciu placówki. Nie będzie miał już jednak możliwości uczestniczenia w szkoleniach z marketingu i zyskownej obsługi klienta.

Ale dwa lata później ruszył również z biznesem stacjonarnym – salonem autodetailingu oraz stacjonarną myjnią parową. Od trzech lat proponuje współpracę na zasadzie franczyzy oraz partnerstwa. W sumie funkcjonuje już około 45 placówek w jednej i drugiej formie.
– Docelowo chcemy ich otworzyć maksymalnie sto, w ciągu trzech lat. Wydaje nam się, że taka liczba będzie optymalna, biorąc pod uwagę sporą konkurencyjność na naszym rynku – mówi Grzegorz Tlałka. Franczyzodawca myśli także o ekspansji za granicę – szczególnie do wschodnich sąsiadów.
W naszym kraju placówki mogą powstawać w miastach już od 20 tys. mieszkańców. Firma oferuje trzy modele biznesowe do wyboru. Można otworzyć myjnię parową mobilną albo stacjonarną. W obu przypadkach jednorazowa opłata wstępna wyniesie 2,5 tys. zł, a potem franczyzobiorcę będzie obowiązywać miesięczna opłata rzędu 300 zł niezależna od dochodów. W przypadku trzeciej opcji – salonu autodetailingu – opłata wstępna to 5 tys. zł, a miesięczna 500 zł. Trzeba także doliczyć koszt zakupu odpowiedniego sprzętu.
Największym powodzeniem wśród potencjalnych franczyzobiorców cieszy się mobilna myjnia.
– To koncept, który można otworzyć najszybciej i najtaniej, a zwrot z inwestycji będzie najwyższy. Nie myjemy wodą, więc nie są potrzebne pozwolenia wodno-prawne, na które długo się czeka. Trzeba tylko kupić samochód. Może to być jednak używane auto, które zostanie przystosowane do wymogów GTLux – tłumaczy Grzegorz Tlałka.
Po pierwszym roku w tym przypadku można liczyć na ponad dwukrotny zwrot z inwestycji, o ile potencjalny partner skupi się na niestandardowych usługach, a nie myciu aut.
– Chodzi o duże powierzchnie – np. hal magazynowych, przemysłowych czy biurowców – tłumaczy Grzegorz Tlałka. Jeżeli postawi na mycie samochody, inwestycja zwróci się po upywie około dwóch lat.
Chętni na otwarcie stacjonarnej myjnii parowej też nie muszą się zmagać z koniecznością uzyskania pozwoleń, ale muszą zainwestować w odpowiedni salon.
– Najchętniej znajdujący się pomiędzy miejscem pracy i zamieszkania potencjalnych klientów – mówi Grzegorz Tlałka. Zwrot z inwestycji następuje po mniej więcej dwóch latach. W przypadku salonu autodetailingu nieco szybciej. Ale inwestycja może sięgnąć nawet 150 tys. zł, jeżeli salon wymaga odrestaurowania. Wymagane są także odpowiednie pozwolenia wodno-prawne.
GTLux nie oczkuje od swoich franczyzobiorców doświadczenia.
– Wszystkiego ich nauczymy podczas szkoleń – zapewnia Grzegorz Tlałka. Ważne, żeby byli zdeterminowani i nie zniechęcali się szybko. Pierwszy rok w tej branży może być trudny.
Firma oprócz współpracy franczyzowej, oferuje także partnerską. Partner może działać pod własną marką. Od GTLux otrzyma technologię i pomoc w otwarciu placówki. Nie będzie miał już jednak możliwości uczestniczenia w szkoleniach z marketingu i zyskownej obsługi klienta.
